What is a mbr effluent reuse system?

MBR effluent reuse system is a new effluent treatment technology which combines membrane separation technology and bio-technology, no secondary sedimentation tank is needed.

Activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter are trapped in biochemical reaction pool by membrane separation device, activated sludge concentration is greatly improved.

Hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately. That makes the refractory organics gradually decomposed. MBR effluent reuse system has greatly enhanced the bioreactor by adopting membrane separation technology. Our MBR effluent reuse system is specially designed for these applications. We have been over 8 years in manufacturing and designing of MBR effluent reuse system since year 2006.
